He started to make photographs while still a child. For thirty years, he was artistic director of the Nyíregyháza Photo Club, and taught photography at the Artistic Vocational School. He was a member of the Studio of Young Photographers between 1983–1989. Currently he is the photographer of the Jósa András Museum. In 2006 he was awarded the city’s scholarship, in 2014 the municipality’s prize. His works in collections: Herman Ottó museum, jósa András museum, Hungarian museum of Photography, Municipal Gallery, Nyíregyháza; SzöllősiNagy–Nemes and Joseph Kádár Collection (Paris).
