She earned her diploma at Kaposvár University in 2012, as a press photographer and picture editor. Her photo series have been inspired mostly by her travel experiences. In 2008 she had a Sirius Scholarship to Denmark, after which she moved to England, where the relationship of man and the landscape came to be the focus of her work. Israel piqued her curiosity with the subjects of armed conflict and inner peace. The series called Used Stones includes photos of former synagogues in 22 countries..
