He graduated at the Budapest Technical University in 1990, as an electrical engineer, and then earned trade certificate as a photographer. He studied press photography at the Bálint György Journalism Academy of the Association of Hungarian Journalists (MÚOSZ). He worked as a freelance photographer, and was a technical instructor at the Práter Street Vocational School for photography. He was head of studio at the Visual Communication programme of the Hungarian College of Applied Art between 1998–2000. He has been a member of the Studio of Young Photographers since 1990, and of the Hungarian Photographers’ Association (MFSZ) since 1993. He was awarded a Pécsi József Scholarship in 1994, and has taken part at a number of exhibitions in Hungary and abroad. He holds workshops at the master classes of MFSZ, and teaches at the NOVUS School of Art, and the Camera Anima Free School.
