He studied photography at the Práter Street Vocational School, and then completed the photographer programme of the Journalism School of the Association of Hungarian Journalists. He has been a press photographer with Tolnai Népújság since 2005. He has won several prizes at the photo competitions of Axel Springer, and was named Press Photographer of the Year in 2013. He won a scholarship at the photo essay competition of the Society of Hungarian Press Photographers’ Press Photography Foundation. He held a Pécsi József Scholarship between 2009–2010. He had his own solo exhibition at the Helsinki Photography Biennial (2012). He has been a member of the Pictorial Collective since 2014.
